Really depends on how sensitive you are to the caffeine and how often you drink energy drinks....I drink anywhere between 6-8 of them a day and I could take a nap if I wanted to. I used to drink 2-3 BFCs within 30 minutes of each other and they didn't do that much.

It's in excess and chronic usage where you get problems. Though I take in 700mg a day every day for over a year, and I'm fine lol
