We are here right now for Christmas and are quite disappointed the resort grounds at night is dangerous because it is not lit up well. Also the bathtubs has a high step in it is very slippery so this basic health and safety guidelines are sorely lacking
Video was great thanks. Did you experience any water shortage in your room? Which building did you stay in. We are going there in March and I've read about many shortages. Water toilet paper liquor. Thank you
avoid this resort!! you are literally in the middle of nowhere! the rooms are dirty!! extremely unsanitary especially in the dinning areas, the cutlery is exposed to many flies and you will see bugs and cockroaches in the buffet area!! the intense infestation of mosquitos is concerning! I had to run from the buffet area to the rooms and avoid being out too much because the mosquitos will literally eat you alive!!! bring a lot of repellent!!! there is a lot of shortages of food, I had to fight for toilet paper!!! varadero is better, this place I would not recommend at all, don't bring small children here because my 3 year old came very sick from the food and mosquito bites!
I was also there couple days ago! I agree for the most part however mosquitos are not in their control 😂 its a tropical country and it happens during their rainy season also cayo coco is an island where there’s only resorts and beaches there and couple of markets! Private housing are an hour away. You should have went to other part of cuba. Sorry for your bad experience but I had the best time here 😊
Merci ,très complet
A really good video, thanks for sharing.

Hi is there a beach snack bar for guests?
Yes
Terrible resort. Stay home. Food covered in flies, no milk, food even worst than I hve ever seen. No wine, shortages galore.
