Nkinga yam i know ukuthi i need operation for this kodwa they are telling me abt complications that might occur
Being on a weightloss journey isn’t easy so I completely understand why you’d give up. But I promise you, if you keep at it, it gets easier. Try the tips I’ve given, I didn’t exercise much but I still managed to lose them weight then you can go for the operation. I hope this helps 🤍
