They could have variety of business, engineering, science, technology, and arts guilds that people could enjoy. Maybe Nigeria should create a modern library system too. Some U.S. librarians travel all over the world to work with library systems in different countries. I wonder what one of those U.S. librarians would think of Nigeria's library system. (Most modern U.S. library systems are extremely good, especially with data systems, the internet, and library apps!)
