I cant believe Im just learning about this, I just days ago once again was telling a friend that I wish someone would do exactly this for BF2, a full conversion for Halo, and here you are, having been working on it for so long. This is amazing. Gonna share this around and hopefully get more eyes on it and people playing it. Dont suppose there is a newest trailer or anything?

If you have other mods in that folder, will it still work or do you also need to move them out?
Followed the video perfectly, and it works... mostly. space battles work for less than 10 seconds and crash to desktop.
Yep, the space maps are a pain in the butt. We are still trying to figure out why some computers can run them and others cannot.
Only space battles fails??

What are the maps listed as under instant action? Because I don’t think I’m seeing them
Some maps crash completely some maps work just fine, could be my computer? Or something running wrong?
the maps are instant action but when i try to load the halo mode the game insta crashes

Whenever I start it up through the remastered shortcut, the game just launches the remastered mod, I put the HLO file in addons, along with the shader, have I missed a step?
Note: the shader is in the Game Data folder
the halo maps should be in instant action. it doesnt create a new game, just adds maps and a new era to some redesigned star wars maps

Does this work with the recent Battlefront Collection?
as our content was released prior to the new collection, i doubt it.

Hey I've installed everything as shown in the video, but it's not launching with the Halo Mod. Is there something I've done incorrectly or is there something I've forgotten to add into the launch settings?
Ok I figured it out, you need to launch with the shortcut to the modded thing it installs, not the Steam shortcut itself. Idk if it's supposed to be launching with steam or not, but it doesn't load any of the scripts for it.

@@FoxDie978 Which shortcut modded thing it installs? What's is called and where is is located? I'm having the same issue
@SpartanDanny221 it'll be for the Battlefront II HD Remaster mod. Most likely, it'll put a shortcut on your desktop, but there should be an executable in the folder as well for it to launch off of as well if you can't find the desktop one.

Why don’t you just make an installer/launcher like the Sagas mod?
Since the shader patch is required by the mod, but still receiving frequent updates (hopefully windows 11 compatibility soon), I thought it best to keep all the files separate for this release. An installer is a great idea though, we might do that next update.
@@F1ickshott Thanks for the quick reply. Want trying to give you guys even more work, just that launchers make it easier to have multiple mods installed at once.
Any tips for running multiplayer with different modes?
stick to conquest modes and the original battlefront maps. those should be most stable
i got it working but i cant hear anything involving the halo levels
everything else works fine

is this multiplayer ? :)
On some of the maps, yes! We don't have a dedicated server though, so it works best when you play locally with friends or host your own game.
