I am from the west since birth. Foreign accents and dialects I've always been closed off to. 3 months ago my auto play directed me to Sadhguru whilst my screen was off. And the most peaceful voice be gain to speak. With the peacefulness of this voice then came truths that shook my understandings of life and how I perceived it. being a 'bad manager of oneself' is the essential issue. traumas and particularly childhood traumas set up the physiology/subconscious to repeat 'self destructive' types of choices of various degrees, levels, and types/situations. thats the first step. but to point out, its not your fault, at all. so in no way should you feel guilt with any of this, and definitely not from how this is said.
after that and the realization comes, the continuing cycles of trauma on whatever level to whatever extent must end. if you want to keep going further from that, no more 'poisonous deals' of any kind or level...
thats the basic formula. but, i have not seen this really pointed out in sadhguru when he talk about this. "but how is it" you know, where to go from this understanding, for people with this particular circumstance. if its nothing to do with you its much more basic.
I've just completed my 7 day inner engineering program, due to covid all shambavi initiation seems to be put on hold, how can I learn shambavi now? can anyone help this fellow seeker out? many thanks

What is inner management?
Inner engenineering is a program. You can do it online. There is some studies from Harvard attesting the benefit of this program. I did it myself and I don't regret it. 🙏

Is shambhavi mudra and shambhavi mahamudra the same or are they different?
Because I think shambhavi mudra is available for free on the app.

Shambhavi mudra is just a part of shambhavi mahamudra.
You must enroll InnerEngineering online and completion to learn mahamudra. And yes it is miraculous.
Can Shambhavi be done while sitting on a chair?
Yes it can. Make sure to sit with the right ankle over the left & follow the rest of the method as usual.

The Shambavi Mahamudra is a course that you are allowed to take after complete the Inner Engineering course.
