Again, it’s Mississippi Stud strategy, don’t chase when u have bad cards, fold it….when u have good cards, go for it…if u have pockets pairs of 6 or better, triple all the way. Ur gambling with more $$ with this game….glad to finally see someone play this game.

Like M-stud your looking for pairs straights and flush are gravy, put money on win and push cards. Suited loose cards with a win card is a bet. Fold loose cards and push cards always.

I played this about 5 years ago and haven't seen it anywhere since. Nice to see it's still around. It's basically Mississippi stud doubled. Lol And I use the Mississippi strategy.
Nice of you, Kelly, to introduce a new game. Took me a bit to get the concept. Kind of like stud but two different hands. Looks like scary fun.

We have this at my local in Missouri. It’s the small cards that hit the big hands, 8 and 2, 7 and 4, etc.,
So I play all the hands all the way through.

Thanks for sharing this game! I played only once myself, did okay...Dealer told me to only bet if I had a Pay and Push card dealt to me, yeah always a chance that the board will turn up something but it's just like the "chase" playing Mississippi Stud.
This is a fun game to watch and play. First time seeing criss cross was an online casino UA-camr, confusing but after you get the hang of it… 🤯 Definitely fun!

My favorite game. At $5.00 I play all hands. At $10 if both cards are over 6 then play it thru. The others based on the run you are on. It gets expensive quickly at $10
Have played this game for many years. You never fold.
This is a very fun game with a full table! You don't lose as much as you would in MS or LIR. Side bet is so much better.
Criss cross is a fun game. We have it at a local poker room in New Hampshire
They have this game at my local card club! In my opinion, It’s more fun than Mississippi Stud. Hope you continue to play this! My strategy is similar to yours, I see everything and then on the last card I decide to play or fold. On a side note, when you had your Trip Aces, how come you did not get to spin the wheel?
In this game you never fold anything. Last year sat next to a woman who folded a 2-3 and the dealer flipped three 3’s in a row. In this game you don’t fold as that last $5 bet is protecting $20 above it. Like the hand you folded and the dealer ended up having kings on the board. It will halogen to you once when you fold something that ends up being a big winner and then you will learn.
Kudos to your bravery for playing/learning a new game with money! I will practice this online and then try my hand at Hard Rock Tampa in January.

Think of it as if you are playing a side-bet "jacks or better". But in this game you get to see two flops.
It pays out like a side-bet but you get to add more $ if you hit a card before you see the third card of the flops (center card).
AND you know from U.T.H.
Flopping a premium hand on the flop is extremely difficult.
HUGE HOUSE ADVANTAGE on this game....no other game makes you fold a side bet until you see all the cards.
I have played it before and my personal strategy is to play only with two cards that push or better.
It's a very confusing game the first time you play, but I enjoyed it when I played. The first time I sat down at a Criss Cross table, I got a full house with a $15 bet. Beginner's luck at work!

My strategy would be to grab my chips, slide my chair back, stand up and head to a blackjack table or Texas Hold’em. This game doesn’t appeal to me.

As a dealer I don’t really understand why ppl play this game it is a very big money grabber for the casino and most ppl play all the way through wit every single hand. But I have also seen some ppl win big amounts of money on it also. My casino doesn’t have a progressive on it but I think that would be even more confusing.

You pretty much need to play every hand unless every card is lower than 6. That last card has made my hand so many times
