This brought tears to my eyes. It’s crazy how differently everyone sees the world based on our upbringing based on our occupation is based on our life experiences. And she sees the world through the eyes of a chef and sees nothing but beauty and creativity. She’s incredibly inspiring.
This is empowering and inspiring! I have never in my life listened to a podcast episode multiple times, I have listen to this episode 4 times in 2 days. When I listen to Karen’s passion, mindset, and GENIUS, it is contagious and creates a sense of urgency to pursue my dreams and passions! Thank you 🙏🏽
I live in Canada but I was born and rised in México City and how I miss go to Niddo and choose a dish take a seat, drink their coffee and watching people comes and goes. I got enganched with the place because is the same way that my mother used to make cakes and bakery and the chilaquiles too.
Wow I got a new hero... Karen Drijanski is my new big inspiration! This fit's so well into what I do and want to do! I will go back to this many times to lead me through building my own business!
Absolutely LOVE this episode! Favourite one so far. ‘I want to put my kitchen in the street’ - ‘follow love not fear’ AMAZING insights- thank you Erwin and Karen. Hope to eat there one day ☺️
Karen is a powerhouse, taking leaps with faith and not fear. I smell everything first too, so funny! Awesome she moves with courage, faith and trust in God’s timing and doesn’t stress about it. Her best advice was to stop looking for the half of the orange! 😂 beautiful souls. TY
These are incredible and I loved this one! Can't wait to hear the next guest! I do have a suggestion of someone to interview someday and she would be an awesome guest. She is a self taught artist who painted that famous picture of a vision she had of Jesus himself and called it Prince of Peace when she was just 8 years old so from this year it has been 19 years. They called her a young prodigy because of her amazing gift of creating incredible pieces of art at her young age and it just pours out of her and onto the canvas. Her name is Akiane Kramarik and she is even still painting today and she is on UA-cam if you look her up.
Another great episode of The Genius of! What creativity and passion Karen has and so fearless!! I so want to make a trip to Juarez and go to Niddo!! Thank you for bringing these amazing conversations. Looking forward to many more!!
Completely inspiring for me. I would love to visit her restaurant! …I especially appreciate Karen’s neutral all inclusive spiritual stand and I wonder who the teacher is that she refers to. I really feel the Genius. And I preordered the “Genius of Jesus” book. Genius is inclusive.
I really loved this episode. I could hear her genius through out the entire interview! I learned something for sure. This was both inspiring and encouraging.
Did you know her restaurant "Niddo" has lots of terrifying anectodes of abuse towards its workers? She does not pay the tips, makes her cooks to be at the restaurant at 5:00 am and if you are 1 minute late, she takes away the cooks tips of the week, she is verbally abusive, makes the cooks work 13 hours without paying the extra hours and so on. I reccommend you to go further because in Mexico we are so done with these people! 🙄 It's hilarious coming from such "spiritual person". I mean: C'mon!!!🤦🏻♀️

This was so gracious. Two beautiful souls inspiring through a conversation!
Wonderful episode. Loved the transparency from Karen the cook as she notes..certainly a few life lessons that I can apply.
I love the look she gives after she says, “Number 1, chef is a French name…” 🤣
So so good what an extraordinary human being!!
