Ruach falls differently on people. We all worship our way. I have only seen Paul Wilbur when he came to our synagogue. What happens elsewhere, i cannot attest to. From my years of listening, seeing and worshipping with Paul, this doesn't seem to be his way. We may be taken out of our comfort zone and worship in this manner. If Ruach was on Paul Wilbur the same way when he let himself worship recklessly and in abandon, we might see and hear quite similarly to what we see here. But as you know his ministry is to pre-believing Jews who most likely would not understand this move of Holy Spirit. I would love to be in that atmosphere of undiscipline for a day.
