As a kid growing up in the 80's Leach 2r Packmasters with a Mack MR was the reason I like trash trucks to this day. Nothing came close to the powerful sound on those trucks man i could hear it from 5 blocks away. I consider McMelius the Leach of today as McNeilus grew on me over the years but I doubt it can fuck with a 1980s 2r or 2r2 Packmaster as far as sheer hydraulic power. If I ever get a CDL Im buying a Mack MR with a loud ass engine fan and a 1980's Leach 2r Packmaster with all the tailgate hydraulics exposed and starting my own waste disposal company. Black with blue stripes going from the cab to the hopper and chrome for sure.
