I would like to point out that for assault rifles AP is really the only ammo you should use. It is a little more expensive, but his problem is that he just buys equipment on a whim, not the cost of AP rnds. He should have scavenged most of his weapons and supplies. Firearms are way too expensive to buy everything, not to mention the cost of rifle cartridges. It would also help if he was a touch more tactical when in the Radius... I had to restart a couple times to learn the game. If you take too long in the beginning, the costs and danger get too high before you raise enough money and security levels.

Habie. Here's some advice. -Use a damn suppressor. -Get an M4. AK IS fun, but, if you start landing your headshots, you'll find the M4 is just as effective, AND lighter and cheaper in the long run with it already having tac rails. -Get a headlight. -Keep your Regen artifacts, use stims if your in a pinch. -You really only need AP for low power pistols, in my experience. Headshots with rifles will get the job done. -Stay still and low when shooting, moving makes you very inaccurate. -Only use a gun when needed, and ultimately avoid engagement with roamers. Knife the fragments. -Organize your pack. It'll save your life. -If you want a loadout that'll keep you alive and stocked, (albeit in the yellow on weight), here's what I use: M4, laser, suppressor and holosight; Really any pistol that isn't a Makorov with AP, light and suppressor; 3 mags each gun; 4 stims and a Regen, headlight, armor and helm/mask depending on if I'm clearing or hunting artifacts; 3-4 small boxes of ammo for each gun, big boxes at base; 2 cans of beef. Clocks in at about 24 pounds, last I checked. And keep up the good content.
Oh. You were working on that mission. I got that one done in like 5 minutes. Getting there was hard, but literally everything you needed was there, so it didn't take long.
A part of me wonders if he acts as he does on purpose. I mean, I've been playing for a few days total. Which actually isn't a lot considering I suffer from motion sickness (despite the measures the devs implemented for people like me) and can therefore only play for a maximum of 25 minutes a day. Regardless, I'm not having nearly as much problems as he is. Granted - I'm not as far along in the story but I am in that area.
I walked into Zaria completely unaware of what I signed up for. My first time going into that area was on this patch, and good god it was a literal war. I swear to god it was like kicking a beehive. I had an AKM with 240 rounds of AP ammo and 5 full mags. I left several injectors down, the box completely empty, 5 bullets left in my 5th mag, head and chest armor completely ruined and I hadnt even made it to a building. Every single commando I killed lured 3-4 more enemies to my position until I had an entire brigade bearing down on me. This was really the point in the game where I realized not running a suppressed long range rifle was no longer viable. So I switched to the mosin, slapped a long range scope and a suppressor on her, moved slowly, and it worked so so so much better than trying to fight Caesar and his legions head on.
Do you know if the quest version is less difficult than the pcvr because I never see this many enemies however it could just be because I’m only security lvl 3
I had to go watch the stream VoD to see how the whole mission went, and yeah, the difficulty hasn't been patched, the game's just getting harder 'cause you're getting deeper into it! For context: Security 2 lets you buy a headlamp (hands-free light) and a pistol suppressor. Security 3 lets you buy a helmet, body armour, rifle suppressors, and a variety of modern optics (the Spectr 4x is particularly nice). Security 4 lets you buy a variety of high-damage armour-piercing rifles (all of the 9x39 guns, the M14, the FN FAL, and the Tiger). This was the mission for unlocking security 5, so the difficulty is assuming you have most of that stuff, and you managed to get it done with none of it! And yeah, firing an unsuppressed gun is basically ringing the dinnerbell for every enemy even remotely nearby. It can take enemies a bit to navigate to the source of a sound, so you have to be wary for a minute or two after shooting in case anything comes to check it out - louder noises will attract enemies from further away, and further enemies will take longer to get to you.
Few tips! -Shooting and moving at any speed will make none of your shots land (its dumb) -If you can make sure to use +P ammo (i've done the math its better than AP ammo) -the AK is DUMBY loud even with a supressor its loud -don't get caught! :))))
Also: in the game settings you can adjust how much money you get from missions. And you do not need a mission to go into the radius. So it is a good idea to do a bunch of fetch quests or just looting good areas after the tide to just rake in the money. You can change anomaly damage, spawn rates, tide length (instead of the base 3 or so days, you can go up to almost a week I think for more looting times. The game has great options for multiple different play styles and experiences. I personally reduce anomaly damage but i keep entity (the shadow monsters) damage normal with the max amount of money earned possible in each mission. I still have to save a bit and spend wisely, but the game isnt grindy. Also when shooting a pistol, two hand it, it boosts accuracy way up
Im unsure if you stayed past the tide and they penalized you for it by max spawning enemies, but yeah. Keep track of the tide counter. Dont skip tutorials then get upset when you break a game rule
lol that mission took me like an hour. Took two trips to the house, found out what i needed on the first trip, and bought everything else for the second trip. save/load repeatedly and abuse the fog to teleport as close as possible to the objective

What’s the mission called brudda?
Your videos really brighten my mood every week :)
The squeaky sound from the desert eagle just freaked my dog all the way out
Thanks for the birthday present Bae
Few tips!
-Shooting and moving at any speed will make none of your shots land (its dumb)
-If you can make sure to use +P ammo (i've done the math its better than AP ammo)
-the AK is DUMBY loud even with a supressor its loud
-don't get caught! :))))
@LolsterXD akm is the loudest gun on the game and i said to use +p ammo and that’s only on pistols so duh
@LolsterXD loudest in rifles by far ofc snipers and shotguns are louder
@LolsterXD bro it’s a game it’s a super loud gun no matter what, i’ve played this game sense less than 1.0 chill out damn
@LolsterXD have you run out of comebacks?

YEA BABY A NEW HABBIE UPLOAD, THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR, WOOO
lmao i just completed this mission 2 weeks ago too and struggled with ammo/funds as well.Love the updates the devs keep making
Habie getting bullied by his moderator was the best thing i've ever seen
I see habie, I click
Get the tiger sniper, mod it with B rail, put on a laser dot and nato 4x scope. Worked wonders for me.
I just got passed the feast mission and personaly, I thought it was super easy. I used a AK-74 and an M14. Idk I thought it was easy, no shame though.
I did that mission first go, no deaths but spent it terrified because of the BTR. Had an M14 and an OC-33.
lol that mission took me like an hour. Took two trips to the house, found out what i needed on the first trip, and bought everything else for the second trip.
save/load repeatedly and abuse the fog to teleport as close as possible to the objective
thank you to introduce me this wonderful game.
Love the video Habie
I love seeing notifs from habie
i just got the game like a week ago and already have 10 hours in its so good
Good morning and if it’s not a good morning for you, it’s good morning for someone!
Love your videos!!!!
Only Habie could gun a guy down while saying "I'm sorry" over and over 5:24
Canadians: "Allow us to introduce ourselves"
Habie you really need a suppressor and +P ammo
