I *love* how all Ashfur, Mapleshade and Sleekwhisker have heart shaped pupils, representing how they were not granted love, mistreated by love and driven for admiration and love respectively. The Animators did great in showing it through the MAP!

Sorry for the late comment, but I absolutely LOVE the design element; the fact that Ash, Sleek, and Maple have semi-unrealistic/unrealistic colors while the rest are realistic. It gives off the “true colors” aspect, and how they were wronged and those small details took them down the wrong path, which exposed their “colors.” The animators and the host did an amazing job, and I can’t stop watching it ever since the release date!

1:30 I'm going to say it, i love how Appledusk jumped in front of Mapleshade and took the mortal blow to save Reedshine and their unborn kits, at least he did something heroic (besides being a moron). 1:29 And I love how Maple looks like a bloodthirsty maniac, that gives her a great portrayal as a villain, and her tongue sticking out of her mouth- IT'S SUPER COOL! ❤

The design reminds me of disney villains- I mean Ashfur reminds me of Hades in the Hercules movie, Maple shade is kinda like Cruella, and I can't decide who Sleekwhisker is but she brings up an image...
I have like 1,500+ hours in the Sims 4 which I'm used to hearing this song in, so honestly, watching Warrior Cats and having Simlish play in my head made it way funnier. Now I'm worried I'm going to see lovestruck revenge murder cats every time in my head whenever I'm playing the Sims 4 and hear the Sims version come on. Tbh I'll likely just imagine Hollyleaf the most though because she really did get away with a hit and run, no one would have caught her if she didn't confess unlike the others.
As a massive fan of WillowPelt, SorrelTail, and all that, I absolutely adore this map. I wish WillowPelt had more interaction and that her relationship with Darkstripe was acknowledged a bit more.. because damn that map is interesting as hell

i just love this map . unnaturally colored cats ( forget genetics heatherstar was pinkish-grey and Heathertail has purple eyes ) , i ‘ m a sucker for cats with an overbite ( sleekwhisker , think that’s the correct term ) and all of the animation is amazing . it ‘ s synced well , the different art styles show while still keep it consistent , in some parts the background and coloring is _amazing_ , and the animation is so fluid and synced well it’s as if those were two parts merged . i love this map , and i have a feeling it ‘ ll be one i replay often . theory confirmed .
I keep rewatching this beautiful video... everyone did amazing and I love the song and how well it fits Sleekwhisker, Mapleshade and Ashfur. This is now one of my favorite songs because of this video.
