I had to put myself on a strict set of rules, because I genuinely have a lot of weight to lose, and well, pizza and booze is my version of Annie's donuts and weed. I also wrote a post-it to remind myself to be positive to myself the way I would be to other people. For me, that's even harder than not eating crap, but I think the reminder helps. lol
