As a woman, I go through this... but I have a condition to where it is worse than normal, to the point I cannot move... I love this channel, Wassabi Productions was my childhood... it was the only thing keeping me happy when I would visit my dad's side of the family during summers. I will never forget the amount of fun I had watching all of the videos, starting from that Call Me Maybe parody. I will dedicate a lot of my time to watch Spicy Fruit, a part of my daily routine. I get stabbing pain periods and I've been watching yall cence I was a kid and this had given me way more respect for yall. And the fact yall wanted to try this and feel how your gf and wife felt its so amazing.
So me being a girl, having periods... they hurt... some girls like me have irregular periods where you don't get them every month but when you do get your period your cramps hit twice as hard, sometimes it hurts to move... either it hurts to walk or sit, your boobs and nipples are sore and sensitive throughout the whole thing, sometimes you feel like you gotta shit but nothing comes out, it puts me in tears sometimes or I can't eat because it hurts or because it makes me feel sick, a lot of times when you cramp it comes in waves so it starts at 0, goes from 1-6 basically like how you guys did it and than it'll go to 0 again and straight back to 6, after the cramps first start it keeps going from 0 and skips to 6 without a warning and that'll go on for hours at a time
I'm so sorry v you feel this way. Three secrets to cramps is take a sht, 1stt thing in thr morning. Don't rush it but take one, then your stomach doesnt have gas so no cramps. Eat some almonds and peanuts nd bananas before to make bowel mocments. But don't eat a whole lot so your period doesn't reun if you have heavy cycles.
Once you empty your stomach thr gas and cramps are gone and the feeling like you have to period sht. Also release pressure slowly so it comes out if you know what I mean.
yo I had irregular periods too until I had surgery for a small benign cyst, then i became regular. That was when I was 28-30.
If you always eat enough during meals during your period you won't get cramps
If you have no nutrients/meals in your body, on top of loosing a bit of blood during periods, your body will cramp. Hot water bottles/pads, and laying on your side should help with thr cramps even if you have a condition for more painful periods. My stomach area feels sore and my tits a bur mere sensitive during periods but they basically don't bother me besides feel weird for 3 days. I massage my stomach tit or lie wear soft fabric and on something soft durong tbis time. I hope this helps.

Roi took the words out of my mouth. It’s too hard to even concentrate and I find the words to say when you’re cramping. Imagine being at work and still trying to function like everything is normal, while feeling that pain.
And yes, you have to try and sleep with that pain too. 🤗 so much fun! Lol

I've only had SUPER bad cramps about 2 times in my entire life. Probably was a 10/10 pain scale compared to my usual cramps. I was extremely bloated and nauseous for 3 days straight. I can't even imagine my girlfriend's endometriosis! She would pass out at times.

Last months period was probably the worst in my whole life. My entire body hurt, all my joints, my neck, headache, legs, ankles, literally everything. Then my cramps were SO BAD and the strongest they had ever been, truly contraction level cramping, and it made me uncontrollably poop, pee and bloodshed all at the same time. I'm not exagerating when i say i was in the bathroom literally all day. Bounced between the shower floor and toilet. Then slept for 13 hours the next day 🫡 not to mention the insane hormone dumps and dissociation, i felt crazy 🤪
