I love seeing as your kids get older that you become genuine friends with them. Isaiah absolutely still has the upmost respect and love for you as his parents, but you can tell that he genuinely just enjoys hanging out and spending time with you like friends as well. I think it's a sign of a very healthy relationship when you nail the balance like that.

When you were looking down on Abbie rocking on the couch, I didn’t realize that you were looking down on her so it looked like she was doing sit ups!!!
The regression at home makes sense with the new program and all of the responsibility and sensory input that goes with that. The mental exhaustion from having to hyper focus...and at home she has the safe space desire to just chill. She might even have more melt downs initially.

The constantly hungry thing for Abby after work/school makes sense. Perhaps put more high fiber items if she will eat them cause it will keep her fuller longer.

As we are experiencing the leaves starting to turn up here in the Alleghenies/Northern Appalachian mountains I wondered if maybe you could go up to your place in North Carolina? When is homecoming? I think you all would really enjoy some autumn mountain air and a football game. Just an idea.
