It was a story that matured with the audience. Starting with fun and innocence and getting to the big problems when the audience was ready
It wasn’t that depressing until Prisoner of Azkaban. I think when they sung Double Trouble it was when lots of people knew it would get much darker and depressing. At the time I first watched it I didn’t really think about it. I think I was to young.

I’m not usually a crybaby in movies but Harry Potter, god I cry every time. I can’t even think of a movie that I’ve cried over a character dying. Even seeing my favorite characters makes me sad. JK Rowling killed almost all of my favorite characters.

Okay, I love how when Harry was underwater, there was no music, but when he came up, BOOM! THERE IT IS!! I just find it so cool how like you speed parts up, but also slow things down, and quiet the music but then make it louder in the right moments. Is it bad that I think Lucius is one of my fav characters still alive? Even though he wasn’t all that good at the end of the war he didn’t want to be apart of this anymore I feel. I don’t know. His character was just... I can’t explain it really... His character was just built really well I feel, the Malfoys had a wonderful backstory, and you could see how they all grew throughout the books and movies.
I kinda get it. He didn't really wanna be apart of it from like the 5th movie and on bc he was scared
