I understand many youtubers (especially smaller ones) may not be able to afford a lawyer but what many youtuber fail to acknowledge is that when you are a growing UA-camr, you're running a business which means you need to hire people for your own protection. A growing UA-cam channel means a growing business and you need to start handling it as if it's a business, that way your name (which is the brand) won't be jeapoardized. And yes, ALWAYS ALWAYS read EVERY contract before signing. Opportunities are exciting but do not hurt yourself by the failure to read the contracts.

I don't know about other states, but Georgia, and my city in particular, has a Legal Services Program where people can obtain free legal advice and referrals to specialized attorneys if need be. That can be a starting place for young people trying to start a business but not having all the resources they need. Remember to always always always CYA!!!
And if you go to a University, they usually have Free Lawyers to represent you as long as you're a student. So make sure you check out your college & local lawyer school resources :D Goodluck to you ladies! Work hard and protect your brand/name! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Tati, at the end when you said you would feature a high end product in tomorrow’s video it gave me an idea. You should have a segment called “High End, Low Price” where you feature products that feel and act super high end yet are affordable. If it was one or two dollars, I don't think I would care as much, but to me it's too drastic and not enough of this stuff is unique enough to spend the extra cash.

I know she is saying it in a light hearted fashion but it may make someone who has legit skin issues feel even more insecure and self conscious. Our society already sets these unrealistic standards for what constitutes true beauty. And the age thing. People are having full on debates over her age. I thought she was only 35, but when I said that, I had a slew of people jump on me saying she's at least in her early 40s. 🤷♀️If I looked like her, i would proudly own my age. I know she is saying it in a light hearted fashion but it may make someone who has legit skin issues feel even more insecure and self conscious. Our society already sets these unrealistic standards for what constitutes true beauty.
And the age thing. People are having full on debates over her age. I thought she was only 35, but when I said that, I had a slew of people jump on me saying she's at least in her early 40s. 🤷♀️If I looked like her, i would proudly own my age. She is beautiful regardless.
