It looks easy but it wasn't 😭 BUT i did notice an improvement immediately!!! Will definitely try and make it a routine
quinnettesupersite results are never immediate. It takes daily repetition and it's will gradually improve.

ever since i was younger i have had terrible posture and ive tried so many different things to change it! my self esteem is to blame for the way i would sit and stand... it had gotten alot more noticeable as i got older. im 27 now and this is the only thing that has ever worked for me and it worked right away!!! thank you so much!!

Kristen, I just tried this and it is amazing!. I couldn't get both arms on the wall, but I just did this exercise and found it to be amazing on my body, Wow! I will be doing this all day long. I did this for one week in combination with some other exercises and I can clearly see the improvement.... like most of the people here said it looks easy but it actually hurts in the beginning and it's difficult to get all the back parts straight against the wall...

I've been doing this twice a day for two weeks and it's been helping. I used to have had posture because holding up my posture was painful, hurt my back and made me feel kinda tired.
Now I can stand up right for hours without struggling or needing to remind myself. I did this in the morning and evening and within the first couple of days I not only felt the results but I saw it.
I 100% recommend this workout

@@tinky8888 hah, sorry. i did it for a week and noticed improvements! then i kinda stopped doing it which was a big mistake, bc my back got used to it and my back was sore when i sat. so i'm trying to continue. i have noticed improvements, as I said, but for someone was bad as me, i need to do it more.

Not that funny really, it would be advised to even progress to floor angels.
Wall angels are a quite advanced move that most with postural problems don't have the flexibility for.
It's a pity she didn't cover this in her video.
So the ironic thing is, a joke comment was better advice than the video itself.

I am almost 70. I found that this Wall angel is very hard for me. The simplest thing can become hard if you don’t keep doing it.

Interesting exercise and good presentation. That second version with knees bent is a killer. I found a tendency to arch the lower back, particularly with the first one. Is that a problem? Incidentally, it would be worthwhile investing in a microphone rather than just using the camera mic. It would give your voice much more presence and you deserve that.

Will try this every morning but 1 minute I assume would be painful at first. Very good video ans straight to the point, no BS.
For beginners - I think 1st start working from seconds like 10 seconds and den increase the timer slowly Coz the postures are harder then it’s seen!!!

K's Perfect Fitness TV What about hyper extension? Or rather a similar exercise: I'm lying prone on my chest in my bed but my head is off the bed, hanging down, facing to the ground. Then I raise my head using neck muscles with some weight on my nape 80 times. I do this exercise since 1,5 months 2-3 days a week and they made my chicken-head posture competely disappear.
+K's Perfect Fitness TV I can only do about 15 seconds at the moment, and even then i'm unable to do it properly, I will keep trying every day though, thanks for the simple tip

Light weight. 5-10 lbs. One dumbbell or barbell plate is enough.

i just started today...hope to see an improvement soon....btw this video is nice and short and straight to the point as someone else pointed out..looks easy but damn now my hands are paining...i couldnt squat and do this for more than 25 seconds though...i am quite tall but people always can tell I slouch a lot...

My posture is horrible. i can't even do this exercise with my butt or lower back touching the wall. I start to feel tingly sensations in the arms after about 30 seconds. I better start doing these regularly from now on. I also have an anterior pelvic tilt situation. A side profile I sometimes look pregnant even tho I have low body fat. Btw, I'm a 47 yr old male and yes, I sit alot at work but I do go to the gym 3-4 days a week.
WCSkills It may be worth you going to some pilates classes and focus on your spinal alignment and pelvic tilt.
+WCSkills Tingling is from your nerves getting stretched. You will get used to it but you shouldn't do it too much or you can damage the nerves by too much stretching.
I may shart myself in squat position but good posture is worth the risk.

The whole back is impossible. I tried and it was impossible to flatten your shoulder blades onto the wall and have the lower back on it at the same time.

Its natural, if you didn't have the gap between the wall and your lower back that would be a bad thing. This exercise is really effective and harder than it looks.

I came to this video because my backpack is super heavy from a bunch of notebooks and homework, it hurts my shoulders, and it always makes my back slouch.
So I've done this exercise a couple of times and it has absolutely destroyed my top left trap to the point where it is tight all the time and not done nothing for my right side it has actually made my problem even worse!
You should stretch afterwards

Hope this'll help me. Ive been having backache due to my bad posture.
So after 30 years I'm only just now beginning to realize I have incredibly bad permanent slouched posture. I am completely unable to do the wall angel as shown in the video because my back simply cannot stay flat against the wall. Is there anything a bit lighter that can be done to work one's way up to being able to do wall angels?
