#Google #Workspace has many features and tools that help you control and secure the access to your organization's data, as well as ensuring compliance with various data regulations and laws such as the #GDPR and others..
One of the most useful tools that you have is the #DLP (Data Loss Prevention). This tool is part of the security tools in Google Workspace and it is a cornerstone in building your data protection and access control practices and settings.
DLP rules in Google Workspace allow you to make sure that no sensitive content or confidential files are being shared to the wrong people. This is done by creating a rule, a specifying a detector that matches either a single word, word list, or a regex. Once you enable your rule, it will start scanning the content in your organization and enforces the action that you set on the objects.

Unfortunately DLP is an enterprise only feature, so you won't be able to use it with a standard edition..
