The main or the only issue is money, becuase all of those incidents wouldn't be brought up now if they got the 30% increase they are DEMANDING.

Everybody wants more money But if you are not below the minimum wage the employer is not obligated to raise your pay as of June 1, 2024 and if they grant you a 10% may be not enough but ít is start.
