Spread the love people, we dont do hate!! One suggestion brotheman.......throw some barley into the soup, bulk and energy for the whole day/night plus its super tasty and goes a long way man. Just a thought. I've worked in and been blessed by a good number of guys like you and soup kitchens and always its the barley soups people hunt down. Myself when I make soup its gota have the barley. But hey, your soup looks fire as is man. Respect, guidance and big love from Cape Town SA. Also do you know, is white sweet potato and yam the same thing? We get white sweet potato here but not yam and I wondered if its just a name thing or what?? I'm a chef by trade, worked most of the 5 and 6 star rest's and hotels in this country but I fell off some years back but I'm working my way back. Thanks to guys like you manI came thru and was kept fed and warm. I'll never forget, now I hope to follow in your footsteps bro, some time in the near future. Blessings.

That old man saying the homeless didn’t wanna eat the food he bought, I’ve experienced similar. I find some homeless to be very very ungrateful. They hardly ever thank people or seem happy to be helped. And you know the saying ‘beggars can’t be choosers’. I get they may feel ashamed and embarrassed but that’s no reason to be rude and ungrateful. Even when I’ve given money before to the homeless they have the cheek to ask for even more! Just yesterday a woman stopped me walking and said ‘have you got a pound’ no please or reason as to why she wanted it. I said ‘no sorry I haven’t got any cash on me’ and she just looked at me fuming and didn’t say nothing! So rude it pisses me the hell off so I’ve stopped giving now. Manners cost absolutely nothing!
Here is how you take this into the stratosphere...You get local business to fund this and council support which they pay for. You promote their business and you get the ingredients from the local market further supporting the community. You need a food truck which can really elevate your culinary skills which you seem to have. You can also sell you phenomenal food to the local community. Its time to go full juggernaut. When you establish it fully, sell the business and walk out a wealthy man. Easy.
