Tiny Tour | Torredembarra Spain | A nice coastal town on the Costa Dorada | Nov 2020

Torredembarra is a municipality and town Spanish in the province of Tarragona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia, belonging to the Tarragonés region. It’s located on the Costa Daurada, it faces Altafulla to the west, La Pobla de Montornès to the north and Creixell to the east.
The origins of Torredembarra can be related to the donation, within the term of the castle of Tamarit, of a block called Clarà, that on March 19, 1057 made by the counts of Barcelona.
Torredembarra had a population of 14,000 in winter in 2006 and about 60,000 in summer. This seasonal disparity is due to the eminently tourist character of the Catalan coast and in general of the whole Mediterranean coast.
The town is dominated by the old castle or palace (and now the town hall) built at the beginning of the 16th century by the Icart family, lords of the barony of Torredembarra. Around it and like so many other villages is the Castle Square, which can be accessed through two gates of the old wall that protected the town, the church and in the historic center of the village.

This is the Place I wanted to get old and spend the rest of my Life .. I was there as a Child in the Year , Charles married Lady Diana .. i spent 6 Weeks of Holidays at CAMPING GAVINA There .. and in my Memories the Palms and Kaktees went just as high as my self .. muhahaha .. long Time ago .. about 40 Years.
