- 夏天一定不能少的「芒果布丁」,用果凍粉的版本非常簡便,是小時候的味道,加入新鮮草苺增加了風味,每一口都吃到新鮮水果。
✿食譜份量✿
新鮮芒果肉 300克 Fresh Mango Chunks 300g
新鮮芒果泥 150克 Fresh Mango Puree 150g
草苺 10-15粒 Strawberry 10-15 pcs
薄荷葉 8片 Fresh Mint 8 pcs
芒果嘟哩粉(80克/盒) 2盒 Mango Jelly Powder(80g/pack) 2pack
熱水 250 ml Hot Water 250ml
冷開水 200ml Cold Water 200ml
牛奶 180ml Milk 180ml
淡奶(奶水) 120ml Evaporated Milk 120ml
放進雪柜最少4小時至過夜(最佳)
Put in refrigerator at least 4 hours (over night is better)

Jelly powder u use with sugar? Your video info don't use sugar. And it is great that your recipe don't need to use pot to cook.

Bonjour madame pouvez vous svp traduire la recette en français c’est très très appétissant malheureusement tout le monde ne comprends pas votre langue je vous remercie par avance de votre compréhension
Ingrédients :
300 g de mangue coupé en dés
150 g purée de mangue
10-15 pcs de frais
8 pcs de feuilles de mint pour décorer
2 sachets de gélatine de mangue en poudre
250 ml de l'eau chaud
200 ml de l'eau froide
180 ml du lait
120 ml du lait concentré non aucré
Téchnique :
1. Coupez les mangues en dés
2. Passez les morceaux de mangues au mixer pour faire une purèe de 150 ml
3. Coupez les fraises en lamelle. Repartisez les autour des verres ou des ramaquins et puis ajoutez les mangues coupé en dès au millieu.
4. Dans un saladier versez les 2 sachets de gélatine en poudre. Ajoutez 250ml de l'eau chaude, melangez . Et puis ajoutez 200 ml de l'eau froide, bien melanger. Ajouter le lait et le lait concentré non sucré, melanger à no fear. A la fin ajouter la purée de mangue et bien melanger.
5. Versez la préparation sur les verres et laisser refroider au frigo.
6. Au moment de servir décorez les de fraise et de mangue coupez en dés.

Is that a special cup you used? I used a 4 oz glass cup...the sliced strawberries would not stick to the side but floated up when I poured the liquid mixture.

I think is the different brand of jelly powder, I used ROBERTSONS it's popular in Hong Kong, may be add some gelatine powder if not set
