I have two of these record players, and I love them. I bought one for myself as a starter. Then my mom bought me the same one for my birthday ten months later. I need to fix the one I bought though, it’s playing a little slow now
im tryna decide if i should get one, read a lot of reviews saying how its amazing for a couple of months to a year and then it breaks or the battery dies, would you still recommend?
@@JaydenDunn-uy1txHey, I received this turntable for Christmas last year, but upgraded to an Audio Technica LP60X a month later.
From my experience, I would not recommend this player, and I would recommend saving up a bit more to get the ATLP60X, because it’s much better for the price.
My records would skip a lot on this record player, and the sound quality is not as great as it has built in speakers.
I must be the only person who buys these to play 78s - but it doesn’t run at 78rpm - only 60rpm... That would be like playing a 45rpm single record, and it playing at the LP 33rpm - only much worse! I’ve tried several different models - but they all play at the wrong speed, and so I guess they’re all made at the same place and set at the wrong speed when manufactured... I can only assume that people are only playing 45s and LPs - which is fine, but why put a 78rpm speed facility on them if it’s not going to work!??? Rubbish! Honestly, the shite they make and people accept today; no wonder the world’s in such a mess...
Pulled it out of the box, set it up, plugged it in, put a record on, and nothing happened. It won’t spin which is how I found you. This is pretty straight forward so I’m very disappointed.

@@wowVJ will vinyl slip mats work with this player cause I see the 12 inch vinyls stick out of the side of the player rather than staying in center and completely flat like on some of the more expensive ones

@@PrkrS 80 dollars on a vintage deck is all you need. The Hanpin turntables are just trash quality, only a step above Fisher Price toys. You don't need to spend a bunch of money for quality, you just have to spend it wisely,and this is the worst possible choice.
