Yo Professor! I haven't gotten my 1102 yet but I just accepted an offer for my first helpdesk job! It's fully remote and they offer help with additional training and certifications. Really excited and your videos helped more than any other resource I've found. Thanks! For those wondering, my interview consisted of a 15 minute phone interview and then an hour long video interview via Zoom about a week later. People skills seemed to be as important, if not more so, than technical knowledge so remember to work on that too. Good luck everyone!
You’re in the right place. Professor Messor and study for CompTIA A+. If you have the funds and want to be a marketable candidate faster, study A+ and Net+, don’t take the test, and study for the CCNA, study AWS Cloud, learn C+ or Python, then get Azure or Ashrae. Ultimately it depends on what you really want to do. I chose A+ because I wanted to build my foundation and don’t have the money to go all in on the CCNA yet.
