In this concluding segment Tiz Jones (played by actor Harry Elders) continues his efforts to reach Oshel Gardner Jr. with his soul-saving Gospel message as Oshel's impending execution nears. This "Unshackled!" segment is followed by a commentary deconstruction of the real Tiz Jones story, as documented in newspapers and court records, presenting a more accurate (and considerably less favorable) assessment of the man Tiz Jones was.

liked the unshackled story, didn't like his grandson's description of his faults. let the dead rest in peace, they can't defend themselves
