    Dekho sir , optimal calories deficit with perfect timeline mango people including me is not possible, dusra ham 6-7 hours daily hard workout nahi kar sakte practically, unka ye kaam hai they earn money from looking a certain way, we don't hamara kaam alag hai. Teesra ,we don't have any tension of timelines like they have, we can be chill about it and lose fat and build muscle steadily over the year with 1 hour of training and moderate diet. Like mai karta hu bhot aram se macro banata hu thoda thoda workout karta hu same food daily khata hu, I lost 15-17 kg of fat. Over 3-4 months. Bade aram se, I don't think ki body ban jaye 6 mahine mai, mujhe isse lamba leke jana hai. Like 3-4 years mai natural healthy body with good career.
