Teesra ,we don't have any tension of timelines like they have, we can be chill about it and lose fat and build muscle steadily over the year with 1 hour of training and moderate diet. Like mai karta hu bhot aram se macro banata hu thoda thoda workout karta hu same food daily khata hu, I lost 15-17 kg of fat. Over 3-4 months. Bade aram se, I don't think ki body ban jaye 6 mahine mai, mujhe isse lamba leke jana hai. Like 3-4 years mai natural healthy body with good career.
