For those who don't know, this is called the lower receiver. The housing for the parts is the only part of the M4/M16/AR15 that is considered a firearm. 80% lower receivers are housings that are not yet milled out for installation of parts, thus they are not yet legally firearms and can be bought by anyone. You could instead buy an 80% lower reciever and outfit it with various other gun parts to achieve a slightly more authentic effect.
Just a tip for those who don't mind spending a bit more money and seek the feel of real that comes from steel...or aluminum I suppose. :P

Use paper that is around 180-200 gsm

No, it is completely free, and the use of ink in this one is not very heavy for your printer
