I could see how well Laude siblings were raised well. Knowing they have everything, you could see that they have a really good heart. Sir Phil was a quiet type but you can see how happy he is for his wife and kids having a good time. Ms. Small is such a great mother.

Ms. Small, professional baker here. Toothpick test is only used when checking if a cake is already baked. For cookies, just check if the edges are already brown. No need to do the toothpick test. You also have to mix the all the dry ingredients then all the wet ingredients, then mix it together para evenly distributed yung ingredients and mixed very well. Great job for a first timer, though 😊

For your mixer attachments po, the flat mixer blade is used for thick batters such as cookies and brownies. The one that you used is a balloon whisk and for liquids or airy mixtures such as boiled sugar icing, meringues and whipped creams (but it worked for your cookie!). The last one that looks like a hook is a dough hook used for kneading like for bread dough. Hope this helps po.

Ma'am Small the S Like hook is called dough hook po, it is used in making dough for breads po and the other one is paddle whisk,that can be used po for making frosting like buttercream & cookies po.the one you are using po is wire whisk that is used po for meringue. Ms Small, i super like this video! What a fun way to bond with ur kids! The kitchenaid u have has 3 basic attachments: balloon whisk for frosting and combining any mixture, dough hook for kneading while paddle attachment is used to cream butter and sugar. Marami pang attachments yan like pasta roller, grinder, spiralizer etc. I’d be happy to teach u how to bake! Of course!!! 😂😅🤍❣️❣️❣️

I see our bunso in Aton when she was her age. Quiet as maybe typical of daughters still entering their teens, particularly when you're on cam! But you can see how she tries as much to support her mom. It's because the love and bond in this family so outweighs everything else. tip : the darker the sugar the better. replace 1cup of all purpose flour to bread flour and coat the chocolate chip with flour before adding in to the dough freeze for about 20-30mns before baking or much better overnight :) 8-13mns is enough cooking time for a chewy texture
