I'm planning a 14-15 lakhs car in the upcoming 3-4 months and if this car is confirmed with a price starting with 12 lakhs or even 13 lakhs I will most definitely consider this a viable and really good option.
By that time, even Alto price will hike upto 10 lacs. Based on the ongoing inflation in India, no car is going to depreciate.
This car may not launch in India because earlier Honda refused to launch. Secondly, if by chance launch in our country, then it will be in Q4 of 2023. I am a big fan of Honda and hold 3 cars of it. However, the quality of its body is not good enough now a days.

@@anuragsharma9458 Could be but even on Honda's website they say they gonna reveal a new car this summer. It could be the new WRV but I think they're gonna release the HRV as Honda is no rival for Creta, Seltos etc...
@Anukool Shukla Honda is sinking in India, and they don't even offer features in competitive prices. This will not be good approach for upcoming days now. As Hundai and Maruti offer very good features with competitive prices. Rest depends upon what they launch, actually. Price range with varient matters alot. They are already late in launching suv in India now. Capturing market will be very tough now.

I’m using 2015 Honda city model… and it’s very good product…Amazing Silent engine , comfortable suspension, Excellent ride quality… I don’t know why Indians don’t buy Honda Product.. Its amazing machine

By looking at recently spied test mule from honda i don't think honda is planning to launch this suv in India....i think honda would be launching a fresh Suv for india with some compromised features.

Its completely my personal opinion not to pay higher price for some basic features. Indian car market is evolving in terms of providing extra value to costumers unlike older days. Features like airbags, seat adjustments, seat belt for backseat middle passengers should be there. Its all about value for money & personal requirement.

Honda has no concrete plans about their launches. They're confused and struggling. I waited for sometime and realised that aren't serious about Indian market and lack confidence. They have been unable to launch either HRV or WRV since 2 years and the completely new model mainly for Indian market hasn't frutified. Until this year end no new car from Honda will launch.
So I went ahead and got my XUV700 delivered 2weeks ago after the Grand Vitara and Hyryder disappointed me big time.
Most commentators commit the same mistakes, repeatedly saying 'agar lights ki baat karenge, agar styling ki baat karen' etc. 'Yahan dekhiye, yahan par'. Fortunately your explanation is devoid of all this, except a few instances. Liked it thoroughly..

Xuv 700 top end petrol automatic price is 30 lakh something., since 7 yrs am using honda city.. I didn't felt suv 700 is worth for that price. Couldn't felt that much power. So waiting for honda suv.. Honda lover...
