Hey Eric, don't feel bad I live up here in the Great Northwest Washington State and 25° here is bloody cold so I don't feel too bad buddy 25° is God damn cold. If your guys ask you for some hand warmers just hand them a couple of wrenches...... that's what I do to my guys. "WORK FASTER TO STAY WARMER"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Erik, my father, I have sinned; the evil algorithm put a Dirt Perfect drop up on my YT suggestions area, and I have fallen to temptation and watched it! The piece was about a foundation for Habitat for Humanity, one of my favorite charities, and it involved using a special sort of ICF block to make the standing wall part of the foundation perimeter. Very little forming, more mechanized than labor; I'm wondering whether this has advantages both for the forming contractor and the buyer, or if you can shed any light on this technique?
To all those coffee purists out there; some of us started drinking coffee offshore or on ranches; the old saw about floating a mule shoe or rusty pipe tongs isn't much of an exaggeration! A sufficient amount of cream will thin the tar out and reduce the mid morning belly burn!
