While if you turn on Do not Disturb, it can last up to a week+. The heart rate sensor is fair enough, but the display outdoor isn't that bright(since it's an LCD display: I compared with my Xiaomi Watch S3 & Haylou Watch R8.) Other than those, the watch is really really great for its price, and I'm very impressed with its features.

Hi..you need to manually sync your contacts on the Watch. Go to your FitCloudPro app, and click on DEVICE under device scroll down to FREQUENT CONTACTS and there you can add up your contacts unto the Watch.

Hello ma'am. First of all, Like the video & Subscribe to the channel. If you're encountering those problems, first go to your Bluetooth settings, and unpair the Watch from your Bluetooth devices. Then, you should reset the Smartwatch, uninstall & re-download the FitCloudPro app. Make sure you perform the "system update" on the FitCloudPro app. Your watch should work fine. 👍
