@@SlimeGoatfied it's the truth. Right now if LSU wins, they will have wins vs top 10 teams in Oklahoma, Clemson, UGA, Bama, and Florida. At least 3 of those teams will be in the top five. No other team has done that ever. Burrow can legit finish with over 6000 yards (pass and run) and 60 pass TDs. We could legit have two WRs with over 1500 receiving yards and 20 TDs (or 3 WRs with 15+ TDs), in addition to a RB who could legit have over 1800 yards from scrimmage (over 2000 all purpose) and 20 TDs.

Joe B and this LSU team never stopped improving. They’ve already essentially played about 5 playoff games to even get to the championship.
Except there was no Ohio State on the Schedule. That would have been a loss. Playing against 3 First round Corners, would have been lucky to get 3 touchdowns. Don't get me wrong he is a great QB - But showing highlights against a third rate D in Oklahoma is really not impressive. 4 Touchdowns against O-State now that is impressive! Remember against a beat up - players dropping Georgia Defense they only had 20 points with 7 minutes to go in the 3rd Quarter.

I am a LSU fan. That being said, it seems that Bayou country is taking Clemson a tad too lightly. First of all, Clemson BEAT a great and undefeated football team. Clemson had a slugging match with OSU whereas LSU stomped an overmatched team with a home loss and managed to get to the 'Final Four". (How did that happen?) We know that LSU and Clemson can still win on an "off day" and I hope neither team has one! We may get the best Game of all time! Geaux Tigers, oh wait they're Tigers also! Go LSU!

Justin is an awesome receiver, no doubt made it easier for Joe. But credit goes where it’s due. Joe was unconditionally and consistently throwing dots. There’s arguments about how his elite receiving core was the only reason for the massive success they had. I disagree. If we split them all up to different teams, they would all still have incredible seasons. Which is why this team was historical.

Joe is going to destroy that Clemson defense. I'm an OSU fan and I thought that was a horrible mistake they did by letting him go and having Haskins start. I saw it back then. My analysis of him was- a pro NFL style QB, why is he not the starter? Glad he will most likely be in Cincy! Fields had a horrible game against Clemson. Joe will pick them apart. It would have been nice to have seen the Buckeyes in this game but at the same time, I would have a little bit that would like to see him have beaten the Buckeyes. Go Joe!

Teddy Ruxpin Trust me, if the refs were motivated to Vail anyone out, it was OSU. Better ratings with OSU in the finals than Clemson. I’m still looking for evidence they “bailed” Clemson out. Even the incomplete pass turned out to be the correct call, but if it wasn’t OSU still would have lost. Remember, OSU got the ball back after that play and scored anyway.

You must forget that Joe Brady is the offensive coordinator for LSU. Brent Venables is great but Clemson got torched against Ohio State. If Ohio State doesn’t get screwed by the refs and actually converts on their Red Zone drives then they easily could’ve dropped over 40 points on Clemson’s defense. Unfortunately for Clemson, LSU is #1 in the nation in the Red Zone and Offensive Efficiency. Good luck holding LSU to 24.
