as a psych student, this really helped me get more insight into mental disorders. every scene and dialogue just makes me cry everytime 🥹 i must say this made me even more inspired to pursue this career
Seems like this is gonna be worth the watch. The storyline is familiar yet interesting.
I've seen 3 episodes by now, and I find the series quite watchable. It's even relatable as I'm a registered nurse myself, and they've captured some scenes and situations that are truly realistic. The length of each episodes could’ve been a bit shorter, but the plot and acting works well to hold my attention. Hence, I intend to continue watching it every night. A season 2 would be an interesting idea.
I can't wait to watch this! FInally, the nursing prespective that is underrepresneted in media. Nurses deserve more recognition. I can tell the rep is going to be fantastic! Can't wait to watch!

PBY is a vet with stacks of cash yet still so humble in interviews and a great work ethic to go with her great talent. A great combo.
Been an RN for quite sometime…this is why KDrama is so popular, superb writing, really shows how it is-the struggle of nurses’ be it in psyche or any field, and to top it all, Park Bo Young! She is natural.
The episodes about depression hit me the hardest. I saw my brother go through it and it effected me more then he'll ever know.

This is "something to remember forever" kind of drama❤
What I love about this drama was it show cased the struggle Psych nurses going through to keep others safe and healthy… at the end of the day they (the nurses) are human too and they also can be victim of psychological conditions… I don’t know whether this drama is medically accurate or not, but it should be praised for the mental health awareness it was bringing to the audience
You guys, what a *sublime* gem of a show ✨️ I don't know where to start when it comes to raving about this masterpiece.
I feel the creators took so much effort in gently and meticulously crafting each & every episode 🪄 this show was such a pleasant surpise & should be talked about way more!
The cast of characters are _so_ loveable and so well cast, it's one of those shows where no screen time is wasted, each scene has value & you're equally invested in *all the characters* not just "the leads."
As someone that has experience in mental health support, I deeply appreciate the accuracy of the subtleties that come with the different mental afflictions they portray.
It's a rare show in how it depicts these struggles, with respect, honesty & warmth. You can really tell they had health workers work with them on this series.
The special effects first of all *are 💥phenomenal,* but they also allow you to instantly connect so deeply to what that person may be feeling in that moment, in such a phenomenal way.
Just bravo to everyone honestly, the actors, the editors, the creators, the director, just bravo 👏🏽
_Extraordinary Attorney Woo_ or _It's Okay to Not Be Okay_ fans *would love* this show, (set with our own OCD Green Flag Dong Go-Eun😂), you'll blush, cry, laugh & feel all the feels with this one
This show covers very sensitive topics but somehow you don't feel drained - quite the opposite, its so uplifting & healing 🤍🩵
The sort of drama that gifts you a new perspective on yourself & those around you. I almost didnt watch this because I thought it would be 'too heavy', I'm soooo grateful that I did now, I've watched over 140 kdramas, this is now designated into my top ten forever favourite ♥️

On episode 2 and already inlove. The drama is so deep. It's another reminder of the humanity of people who have mental disorders. Episode 2 really got me because I know the hell of living with social anxiety. Sometimes people think you're okay but they don't know the torment you are going through. And the worst part is how you find out much later on in life you have an issue and it's almost impossible to seek help because how do you get help from people when people are a phobia? To everyone with a mental issue just know you're not a freak, you just need healing in your heart somewhere. I hope you find it❤ Your condition never made you lose any worth.

Good to know: I just found out that the exact translation of the original title in Korean/Hangul (정신병동에도 아침이 와요) to English is _Morning Comes Even in the Mental Ward._ I like that one better because apart from being precise, it also gives more meaning and depth to the story.
This series inspires me as a registered nurse and kind of makes me want to consider clinical/hospital work again. 🤔
This was so good! Episode 6, a day in the life of a mage....brilliant how they interjected the patients life in the eyes of the nurse in the beginning. This needs a 2nd season. This needs a BUNCH of seasons!

I watched all the episodes sitting in one place, and trust me, I cried every second of each episode, I could relate to every character existing in this drama, i was heartbroken after seeing all the characters but I was also happy to know that, there are good people in this world.❤

I just finished watching this series, and I really loved it! The story is well written, amazingly cathartic and empathetic. Everyone's acting is well done; especiallyYeon Woo-Jin's physical comedy, which is endearing and quirky without being over the top.

I think this drama is interesting, touching and wonderful! I want to recommend this drama. We can easily see these mental illnesses in the modern society korea! So i was able to sympathize with this story and many dialogs are taken to my heart😭 In Netflix i'm watching this drama once again!!

Ce k-drama est une perle de part sa profondeur, sa justesse, tout en gardant une touche d'humour avec beaucoup de tendresse. C'est comme un inventaire de la culture coréenne très bien ficelé qui tient la route au fil des épisodes et ça fait mal aux émotions évidemment, qu'il faut muscler comme il est dit dans l'épisode 5. Ce k-drama c'est comme une bonne recette où tout est bien dosé.
Et cerise sur le gâteau nous retrouvons Jeon Bae-soo le papa de notre Extraordinary attorney Woo 🤭
A ne surtout pas manquer, il rejoint assurément l'un de mes favoris k-drama de l'année.
J'espère qu'il y aura une 2ème saison comme Hospital Playlist ou Dr. Romantic 🙏🤗 💐

So i came across this show two hours ago i am hooked this is really good and so relatable. I am in social work and i work in a mens shelter for mental health and susbstance abuse some many senerios i have seen on the show are the same thngs i go through at work. Man i had to come and comment on this series i look forward to what unfolds ❤
Episode 9 is so heartbreaking that I wept inside me 😢😭 Da Eun went through her own darkness the same way as her own patients.
You know, when this kdrama came out in November, I was in a slump and bad mental health space, since something similar happened to me like the female lead. It hits home even more since I work as a psychiatric nurse. Seeing each episode made me tear up because as a nurse people don’t know what we go through behind those doors. And at the end of the day, we nurses are human too.
Not only that, people think mental health illness isn’t a thing, but its as real as it can get with any other illness. We just dont see it.
All in all, loved every episode of this drama! Worth the watch for sure
