36 year here... same... i just started with the zoladex for pulling down my testosteron and i begin in a few to take esteogens... but i have so a male body and i am a lil overweight... no chance to be cute like Jamie... but i not loose my hopes to be a cute female, as closer is possible. Jamie, I am transgender also...and I love you as my sister in Christ. People who try to get you down with mentioning how evil and bad we transgender females are, are exhibiting hate. God is all loving..unconditional love . I love all people for who they are....You look beautiful to me and I hope we are both sisters in Christ one day in heaven! :) I've been on HRT for 2 years 8 months and have seen some positive changes but still fall short of the beauty of a genetic female. I plan to get FFS soon...but not sure which Doc to choose. God bless you and your life. :)

To answer the question After the surgery then what? The answer is simple. We get to live for the very first time in our lives. And it’s a beautiful thing to step out of the darkness and to just live in sunlight under the blue sky . The girls get married, others model and the lucky few become mothers. We are simply fulfilled, happy, protected, and blessed women after the surgery. Thank you for asking

I still replay all of our conversations in my mind daily. And am haunted by the coercion these medical professionals got away with. They confused you further. They rushed the process so there was no time for you to truly think about what was actually happening and being done to you. You were manipulated and also were told to say certain things for the camera and you were given positive feedback each time you said and did what they wanted you to. I know this. You know this. We've talked about all of this so many times. I think of you often... And I wish I could have been there with you when you couldn't stand to look in the mirror anymore, when you realized all of this was so wrong and you felt you would never be able to be your true MALE self again. You saw yourself as a freak not too long after these surgeries and no matter how many times I told you that what is on the outside will never matter, especially to me- That you were perfect in my eyes, I could never see you as a "freak". You are an amazing person. And so, so, so deserving of love. I miss you. Wow i have so much i wish I could tell you right now... I know we missed out chance before it was too late. But, I also know the pain and suffering you went through was far more than enough to bring any other single person on this Earth to do things they can never take back...
I can only hope to see and speak with you again when my time is up, too. But you should be here now. And it isn't your fault that you aren't... I regret not getting to you in time. I would do anything to go back in time to save you.

This show should be cancelled. These doctors and surgeons should be held accountable. As well as any other "professionals" who gave him the green light without even batting an eye.
This all happened over a decade ago.
Everything was experimental at best!
Now take a look around you and tell me what is happening with our kids and newer generations is all just OK. The social contagion. The peer pressure. The kids who are never talked to in detail and great depth of what puberty may be like meaning most likely very unpleasant at times and scary and not liking the changes that are happening to you inside and out. The adults who don't educate to their children that it is OKAY to hang with the boys more even though youre a girl. And vice versa. It doesn't mean you are meant to be that gender.... plenty of adults will tell you, they too went through certain phases in life where they enjoyed playing with the opposite gender of themselves more often compared to their same sex group. And yet they never once thought? "Oh, its because I was born in the wrong body, born with the wrong sex/gender, Etc. I myself was the biggest tomboy I knew where I lived. I even thought maybe it would just be easier if I were born an actual boy instead. Thankfully, this was before this trans-contagion-craze going on today. Because as I got older I realized just how wrong I was. Why would anybody expect anything less, though? I was A CHILD. One who endured extreme trauma of different types all through my life but especially my childhood and in my family... I ended up a drug addict by 12 I was physically addicted to opiates. That definitely wasnt the solution either. Im clean now.... But why does it seem like qll the Trans people ive ever known- Start to self isolate and become even MORE confused, depressed, empty-feeling, angry, Etc, AFTER transitioning compared to BEFORE transitioning? Why do they start experimenting with heavy drugs? Why??? ALL of my friends who had once believed or were pressyred to believe they were trans, are GONE. ALL BEFORE THE AGE OF 35.
WAKE UP.

It is not all the surgery alone that solves the problem. That is what many TG believe, but it is not.

I think 21 is way to young to make this decision as I believe most if not all people regret it later in life.
Wrong. The only issue is how shitty the world treats us knowing that we’re trans. There are a LOT of checkpoints we have to make it through to get approval for procedures like this.
Almost no one regrets it. Nowhere close to a majority.

Gorgeous. Good job! I think her voice sounds great for a couple months out. I'm 22-years post-op, and the tracheal shave completely took my voice, and could probably never afford the FFS. 9 surgeries later, my voice is relatively normal, but isn't much better than Jamie before the surgery. You go girl!
