- In this video, we do a high level look-see into Project Sam’s latest: Symphobia 4: Pandora.
The most impressive aspect of this library is the adaptive sync function. I’ve had to nudge transitional effects like crescendos and impacts on the timeline to meet larger moments in my cues and arrangements for years now, this takes the guesswork out of that process. It’s clear that the folks at PS have been listening to users, so thank you!

If I were a professional, I would get this I think. But atm, I think 730€ (listed price with VAT) is overwhelmingly expensive for little time savers here and there.

I own Rise&Hit (as does anyone), and the entire 8dio Cage series, so this sounds pretty unnecessary to me. At least from what you showed here. Maybe there's a lot more to this, but I think 8dio's Cage and 8dio's Symphonic Shadows, Thrill and Hybrid Tools 1&2 make this a no-buy. The Native Instruments Symphonic Series Percussion has better timpani.
I also already own Ostinato Brass, which sounds a lot better than that weird repetition stuff at the end :)

I want to not like it and I agree the 8dio hybrid cinema products do a lot of this for a quarter of the price. The selling point for pandora appears to be syncing the crescendos but I have never had an issue with this in the past. I may be missing something. I want not to like it but probably will purchase it for the stupendous sound quality 😞
@@kibagoodboy8828 the sample quality is a lot higher, absolutely. 8dio's sample quality is what you pay for. But I consider this price too steep for just a fidelity upgrade.
Clients won't notice a difference in the mix, most of the time.
