    (1) Meditation means to be aware of observer - observed phenomenon.
    (2) Meditation means to be
    aware of self presence.
    (3) Meditation means to be
    aware of self consciousness.
    (4) Meditation means to be aware of anger as observer - observed
    phenomenon.
    (5) Meditation means
    to be aware of one's
    own presence in every
    happening moment to
    moment.
    (6) Meditation means to be
    aware of I-am ness moment
    to moment.
    (7) Meditation means to be aware of body activities in present moment as
    observer - observed
    phenomenon.
    (8) Meditation means to be
    aware of all thought
    activities as observer - observed phenomenon moment to moment.

    sensations/emotion
