No CDL required unless you intend to be a driver for hire in this rig.
The bed size is 72" x 74". So in short, wherever you can find a mattress that size! This mattress was actually surprisingly comfortable.
We actually saw this model at a Florida RV show. That sofa is rather shallow; we felt like we were going to slide off of it. Not comfy at all.
