- Logitech G335 Unboxing and First Impression. This guy has superb comfort and build quality. I was extremely impressed. The microphone appears to be good as well. But I'm on the fence about the sound quality.

i don't want heavy bass for pvp, razer been shifting away from that for their new gaming headsets
Yeah, I don't think Bass should be overbearing. But it is nice to have in accurate amounts. But I agree being bass light for PVP and competitive gaming is the best way to go. So you can hear footsteps and reloads.
@@ThomasMuehler hey umm u gotta remove the foam under the ear cup and there u go the best headset...
@@divrayz8832 That's what I heard. I didn't notice that big of a difference when I tried it. I'll have to test it out more.
You should have more subs. You’ll get there keep going your great!
hey man i need a new headset and i wonna buy this one, but i really need to know if this has good microphone monitoring! Aka allowing yourself to hear your own voice through the headset. I'm coming from a g433 pro headset and it had amazing mic monitoring but it came with a usb dac, i noticed this one didn't have it in the box. Does it still have this feature? thanks a lot!!!!
It does not have mic monitoring. Unless if you have an external device that you are plugging it into that has it built in. You may also be able to use software that does it (what comes to mind is SteelSeries Sonar Software which may have it). With it being an open headset you can also hear yourself talk but it isn't accentuated. Compared to closed back (which kind of muffles all outside sound). So, it may not be an issue. But you wouldn't know unless if you tried it.
@@ThomasMuehler Thank you very much!
Did you bought it?I am concerned about the mic too.
is it super comfortable? I have a problem finding the comfortable headset
Yes, I find it to be very comfortable. I did release my full review where I go more in-depth. But they did a great job in the comfort category all the way around.
Buy corsair hs80
@@HasimFN is it good?
@@fgboii4687 most comfortable wireless headset. Best wireless mic. 50mm drivers. Good build quality. Flip to mute. Dolby atmos. Complete package
Thanks, I’ll check it out
but will they snap in a year? that was the common issue, and bigger head you have more stress there is. but I don't use gaming headsets anymore, not seen any decent one yet.
Did Logitech use more robust plastic and flexible plastic? before they used brittle plastic not meant for being flexed, but with a headset it was flexed to the extreme. but if they used a plastic that can handle flexing for longer before failing, fatiguing that would make it a lot better, so I am curious if they have doen that.
but I still would go for a decent set of headphones.
I find the plastic they used for this headset to be quite malleable. But unless you need the microphone I'd recommend going for actual headphones from Sennheiser, Audio Techinca, or similar brands.
@@ThomasMuehler I got Phillips Fidelio 2HR bought one for my dad to hope he likes them. but they were too heavy for my sister, at least for now, she feels like they are. So I guess that's where super light plastic headphones shine. but she uses Logitec speakers. But I don't feel the weight. but I was used to much heavier mountain bike helmets.
@@mtbboy1993 Yeah 380ish grams is on the heavy side for headphones. I'm like you who really doesn't notice "heavy" headphones.
Cool! i was worried about this 2:23 they dont have or nah .. thank you anyway
yo can someone help me rq, i wanna buy them for my ps4, do you hear your party on both sides L and R or just on one side like on those cheap headsets?
You hear party chat on both sides.
G733 wireless or these G335 or blackshark v2 x , what should i buy ?
So, the only one I've tried is the G335. I'd imagine the G733 is similar. Had someone else comment that they think the way I described the sound from my actual review on these guys is very similar to their G733. So, in that case, it would come down to A. Cost, and B. Do you want wired or wireless. What I can say is if you don't like hard treble tuning you won't like either the G335 or G733. But otherwise I think they are a solid headset.
As for the BlackShark V2 X. I've heard incredible things about this headset as well. I haven't had the chance to try it out. But it is on the list. I'd almost lean on this one. As I think I've heard the sound is more balanced but still good. But I really can't comment on anything about it.
I'd love to hear which you went with and what you think of it.
@@ThomasMuehler Ok , ty for answear , now i have razer nari essential and the sound it’s fine but explosion and gun fire it’s so loud and can’t hear other thing like steps from the enemy and after playing with them warzone and manny gun shoots my head start to hurt , sry for bad english xD
@@Adrian8-q1m In the case of the G335 you’d have the opposite effect almost compared to the Razer Nari. The blackshark from what I’ve heard isn’t as bass focused which tends to be a good thing for gaming due to the reasons you just listed.
May i ask whether the ear cups are detachable?
The earcups are not detachable. But you can remove the earpads. I'm not sure if they sell the earpads separately though.
@@ThomasMuehler oh yea, I mean the ear pads, thank you!
Does it support Bluetooth connectivity to mobile phone?
No, it's a wired headset without Bluetooth.
@@ThomasMuehler thanks
is the mic on the headset for UA-cam.
No, I was using a different microphone. Great question. I should have clarified that in the video.
For the actual review I will be using the headset microphone.
@@ThomasMuehler is it a good mic on a headset.
@@CodeVenomSnakes I haven't gotten around to testing it yet. That will probably be tomorrow. I'll try to remember to let you know.
@@ThomasMuehler Great I will buy it if is good.
Should i take it for PUBG and Warzone?
Or
Logitech g335 vs hyperx cloud 2?
For competitive gaming like PUBG pc?
I haven't tried the HyperX Cloud II so I can't report on that matter. I know I've liked the HyperX headsets I've tried in the past. But I don't know how this one sounds.
I still find the G335 to be an excellent competitive headset. But it falls short in other ways that I explain in my review.
Recently, I've been checking out the Corsair HS80 Wired and have really been liking it and from my first impressions (which are exactly that and likely to change after more testing) I prefer it out of any of the other headsets I've tested recently. So may be worth looking into as well.
@@ThomasMuehler In PUBG, did u hear enemy footsteps easily? or just teammates' footsteps?
bcz, the headphone I am using now can deliver teammates' footsteps and positional sound very clearly!! but I cannot hear enemy footsteps even 10m away!!
When a grenade blasts, do you hear the enemy's footsteps?
@@showkatnawaz1685 Great question. Honestly, I haven't played PUBG for a while, don't have it downloaded, and don't have the time to test this to effectively answer your question. I'm sorry. There is a very small chance that I'll test it out of sheer curiosity. But the likelihood is slim.
@@ThomasMuehler which competitive games u have tested?
Apex Legends, Halo, Escape From Tarkov, along with some single player games.
Hi, im new here and i would really need your help. I just bought those. Firstly i really loved them because of their weight, but the sound disappointed me. It sounded so weird. I also removed those weird pads, which made it better, but those have telephone type sound. I dont hear a 70 euro headset. My old Razer kraken Pro V2 was 10 times better from the sound and cost the same but its heavy. Now i want to know, if the telephone type of sound is normal and i have to live with it, or its not and i should return and swap it.
I don't know what you mean by telephone sound. Please explain that more.
As I mentioned in my review it is treble focused which means mids and highs will sound most pronounced. The Razer Kraken is the opposite where it will prioritize bass and mids while ignoring most highs. Both of those are specific sound profiles tailored for certain individuals. The Treble focus is usually best for competitive games. Where Bass focused is best for generalized gaming and media. But not good for competitive gaming. I think the more time you spend listening to the headset you will acclimate to the sound. As it takes a bit of time to change your perception of what sounds good and what sounds are supposed to sound like. Sometimes that doesn't happen and you just need to return it and try a different headset. You may prefer the Razer Blackshark V2 X instead.
@Diyotama I don't have any audio feedback in mine. Also, I agree it should be less. I'd say probably
i`ve got G335 and boy it MIC is SoooOOOOOoo BAAAaaaaaaAAAD.
what a waste of money
Welcome to gaming headsets. Were 95% of them are terrible. I recommend the Corsair HS80 Wired. The best microphone I've ever heard/used on a headset.
