Just saw these guys play with flogging molly in Tokyo yesterday, they are amazing. And the Japanese really know how to have a good time at a show.

it does, i saw them with flogging molly (frogging morry rofl) in tempe az, at the town lake on st pattys 08 and they WRECKED it. was a hell of an awesome show.
I saw these guys with Flogging Molly in Tempe on the 16th. They were freaking AMAZING. I got to meet them all and I bought their CDs and a T-shirt!

Fantastic band, excellent video. Great that this kind of music is so universal that a Japanese band could play it so well.
You know what if they can tour with Flogging Molly this gives me inspiration that no matter what music can be universal.

I’ve been watching this for the last 10 years.
I first saw this when I was living in Japan , Tsuyama if you must know,
To get it all , An Australian, watched a a Celtic Punk song, sung by a Japanese band, while I was an English teacher.

This is the only band I am looking forward to seeing on the Flogging Molly cruise in 2017, other than of course FM. They changed the venue this year, and its very punk. Which takes away from the feeling we had this year, where there were musicians simply playing anywhere and everywhere, caliegh style. Something that cant really be done by any other genre than irish (trad or new). I purchased a set of SSPs specfically to play with these groups next year-and, to my dismay, the format changed. I will seek these folks out for some good ole trad calieghs!!

Maybe they like Irish music? I don't think you need to "be" a certain ethnicity to enjoy it.

Have you ever taken the time to listen to all different kinds of Japanese music? It sure as hell can be VERY different from any of the stuff you find in the rest of the world. Seriously. Do more research before you say something like that. And who cares if they're not Irish? Half the people that attend Flogging Molly concerts aren't Irish but they enjoy it just the same. If it offends you then don't look at it. >.>;
