The tsuba(handguard) and handle are fine, but why is the blade so straight? Katana blades are supposed to be slim and curved, you make it look more like a very long Tanto (Japanese single-edged shortsword).

You can become faster with practice, I started making swords and bows in Inventor about a month ago and I can build them pretty fast too.
