My favourite thing you do is say “nobody wants anything from you at this moment” etc, it always makes me feel less bad about napping in the middle of the day 😂
Me too I feel instantly relaxed. Sometimes I rewind and listen to it a few times more.

A minor remark, I noticed that the colouring of the video sometimes shifts. If it is something you would like to change, you could check the white balance of the camera. I think it is on “auto”,. So changes in the light from outside and “the movements of the beautifull blue dress” in the frame leads to a different colouring balance (thats a lot of text for a minor thing). 😊🙏

I don't recall the origin of the source; native American I think? but I do recall reading (years ago) about holes in the feet, via which life force leaves the body when it's time? What are these points in your practices?

Is there anyway there could be a video centered around protection from malevolent entities? Or protection from Psychic attacks?
I’m sorry I can’t get into that stuff any more.I spent about 12 years helping ppl with it and it’s too exhausting and too much responsibility. Its someone else’s turn now. My guides won’t let me do anything to do with that stuff anymore. I do nothing but vomit with it all - even reading the message makes me feel sick. I’m very sorry. For the record that is why I bang on about grounding and protecting in every video but now I need the Light. If you are having problems go to your local spiritualist church.
