This video features Rethymno city at different times of the day as well as places within the Rethymno prefecture including Triopetra (amazing south coast beach not commercialised and massive in size), Damnoni beach (beautiful beach with things around you. Many smaller beaches nearby. Micro Ammoudi, Klisida, Ammoudi and Skinaria). Visit Ag. Paisios church overlooking these beaches one of the best in Crete. Arkadi Monastery (beautiful Monastery with a load of history). Kalypso beach resort is a fun place with a different vibe. Well worth a visit with some of the best snorkelling on the island. Agios Pavlos beach is completely untouched its raw rock formations and beaches between make this a unique place.
There were other places not focussed on so much in this video which could have. Prevelli beach is amazing but go early as it can get busy. Margarites village near Arkadi known for its ceramics and good restaurants. Spili village boasts good restaurants shops and a never ending supply of mountain spring water via the numerous lion head fountains in the square.
