Wood Kitchen | SHOKAZ Grilled Fish

  • Ingredients
    1 large Bream (gutted and split down the middle)
    2 tbsp SHOKAZ Spice
    1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp Hinds Pure Black Pepper
    2 tbsp Oil
    1/2 Cup Fresh Dill (chopped)
    Method
    In a bowl add SHOKAZ Spice, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Oil and Dill and mix well
    Marinate the bream well, cover in cling wrap and place into the fridge for at least 1 hr
    Remove from the fridge and set aside to sit in the open for 30mins
    Place fish in Braii cage and Braii over low coals until cooked through and skin is golden brown
    Serve with potato wedges or potato salad
