I'm playing it through currently for the first time and trying to get through it😅 I haven't gotten through everything but yesterday I finally got through a quest I have been trying to finish the past three days by doing side missions and actually going back to Bernard and actually training my mace and with it my defense and strength. One thing I love about this game is that it takes work.... But it's worth the satisfaction when you can get through fight scenes decently well.

Mace is a really good option definitely.Thats the thing I LOVE about the game as well, you start off as a guy who doesn't even know how to read, and you learn alonside Henry in everything you do. It's so satisfying when you finally manage to fight properly and understand the combat. I'm a little worried if I will be able to get through certain fights in the game on hardcore but I guess I'll be grinding levels with Bernard for a while as well😂
@JoeNordic yeah grinding... I did not do that properly... as I said in the most recent video I didn't even up my archery 🫠 awe well I can do that when I get back on🫠 I'm just trying to get through it on not hard-core mode and still having issues🤣 and the grinding is gonna have to happen. I still haven't unlocked master strikes. I probably should do that with Bernard to...🤔🤣😂
Master strikes are VERY useful so I recommend unlocking that😁 Other than that just have fun! Bernard sometimes make it seem like fights are tougher than they are but that's just cause he's supposed to counter almost everything you do
What skills did you choose when you first wake up at the start?
Speech! I find that to be the hardest one to level up during the game
@ Yes, but vitality is also hard to level and combat is really hard in HC with all disabilities so it’s a good choice as well.
That's what I'm noticing the more I play haha. We'll see how it goes
