Some of these products are great. Whereas others just encourage laziness,,something I’ve personally always had to struggle against so anything which encourages it isn’t a good thing!! 😳😳
If you see a product that "encourages paziness," 9/10 it was designed for disabled peoppe.
Hope those stairs have a manual overdrive, otherwise you're sleeping downstairs.

The TV Bed with The Bedchill together would make an absolute wonderful bedroom experience. But that Filagrano Kitchen was absolutely astonishing. The Pocket Closet is also an excellent example of space efficiency.

Imagine you have the spiral staircase and wake up in the middle of the night and forget you closed it and walk right of the edge trying to get to the kitchen
Well... they didn’t depict it having a gate on the top floor - part of the banister slides across the top opening before the spiral staircase is put in closed position, unless their expecting all of the occupants to be downstairs before it can be closed, poor design, no top floor safety. 🙄 😱

If you can afford the drop-down automatic clothes hanging rack, l wouldn’t want water dripping on the floor. l really like the “Hide-a-way-TV-Bed” l can do without the speakers though, l’m not a fan of loud.

The problem is that all these fantastic space saving or ergonomic ideas require you to spend a silly amount of money that you don't have, otherwise, if you did, you would not need to save space in the first place. You would have the money to buy a big enough house...

Who the hell needs a built in slicer in the kitchen? And perhaps more to the point, who cuts bread using one?! Imagine the hassle of cleaning that thing. Unless you regularly slice huge quantities of cooked meats you don't need a slicer. If you do, you must run a deli and probably need a freestanding one.

The drying rack is a terrible idea dying inside your house makes the clothes stiff and hard and without a dryer lint and fuzz and all kinds of other stuff collect to the clothes and then you have all kinds of crap on your shirts and pants I can't come off without a roller
Flat Moon Society quality fabrics often don't tumble dry well. Wool, cashmere, silk are best air dried. Even cotton as tumble drying can make it so creased. People air dried for centuries before dryers, nothing wrong with it and it's infinitely greener plus your clothes will last longer.
