According to article 4 any modification in states' name, boundary etc. Will not be called as constitutional amendment Act according to article 368.

A.1 says India that is Bharat shall be a union of states, what you said conveys a complete different info.
A.2 talks about union legislature not union specifically.
A.3 again you are confused with Union and union legislature i.e. Parliament
