Very nice rod I just feel for the money they could have added a bionic. That’s now extra 200 bucks plus labor and a waiting period .

As a short guy the struggle is real when it comes to rods. I battle with 14ft rods. 12ft I can cast 150m+ where as the 14ft I can barely get 120m. Can't drop the rod tip low enough on the beach to get the action out of it.
