Thanks for the movie! You mentioned the theory to isolate and purify ribosome. I'm wondering could you share the protocol to isolate total ribosome (mixed with different subunits) from mammalian cells? Thanks.
Could you use CsCl gradiant to separate ribosomes? If i got it well, you are looking to purfy ribosome with mRNA attached to it? if so, how difficult is to sample and process that in comparison with RNA itself

there are lots of different protocols - you should be able to find a bunch of options if you Google search. good luck!
