Hello...greetings from Ohio, my biscuits turn out good but light in color even after 15 minutes. How can I make them golden? Placing them on the bottom rack, leaving them in longer etc...?

You could try a light egg wash before baking or maybe your oven needs a higher temp. That is what I would try....Thank you so much and other than being too light I am glad they turned out good....
